IPGSN People - Segun Eludire
Segun holds a Second class upper (honours) degree in Electrical/Electronics
Engineering from the pres tigious
University of Ibadan , Nigeria . He emerged the overall best ND Electrical Engineering
student and HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering student (with Distinction) at
the department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering at The Polytechnic, Ibadan,
Nigeria in 1999 and 2002. He also won the Federal government scholarship award in
2002.
Segun is highly skilled in Systems Support, Networking, Control Engineering and
Automation of processes in oil and gas exploration industry and has CCNA and MCP
certifications. He currently works with MAKON Engineering and Technical Services
- an Oil and Gas servicing company in partnership with the world’s leading automation
and power engineering company, ABB, as Field Engineer with Specialization in Control/Automation
Engineering. He is undergoing training on ABB’s extended automation System 800xA
product which is the heart of all Industrial IT enabled products, services and solutions.
Segun believes in solving real life engineering problems in developing his country.
He is always keen to learn new technologies to enhance this. His hobby is playing
musical instruments.
